My name is Kendra Hutchison and this is my 18th year of teaching.  I taught kindergarten for 6 years and am now in my 12th year in first grade.  I graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville (GO VOLS!!!!!) in 1988, but I chose to stay at home with my children until they were both in school.  My daughter (Hillary) is 24 and graduated from MTSU in August of 2012 with a degree in English.  She plans to move to Japan where she studied for a semester and teach English.  My son (Ryan) is 21 and is a junior at APSU where he is majoring in exercise science.  I have two 4 legged "children" (Yorkie Poos) who think they are just as human as we are.  I look forward to working with each of you this year.
